  1. Please do your best to arrive to class on time. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers the moment you walk into the Center.
  2. Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing or tights and leotards. Bare feet.
  3. Please do not wear perfume or other strong scents.
  4. Please understand that we turn off the phone about 10 minutes into the class. Once this is done we cannot receive your call from the front door to let you in. If you know that you will be late, let your instructor know.
  5. Try not to eat a meal too close to your practice, with a full, heavy stomach
    and full belly intestines it will distract you from your practice. Energy focused on digestion.
  6. Please use the time before class to quiet down, stretch, meditate and become attuned to your yogic frame of mind.
  7. If you have to leave early please leave before the meditation segment. Situate your mat by the yoga door.
  8. Please do not chew gum during your yoga practice. Potentially dangerous.
  9. Please bring a towel to class to place between your body and the material props. Particularly during summer months.
