"As meditative awareness is both the ground and fruition of our practices,this class will offer both guided instruction outlining the basic tenets of the process of mindfulness as well as silent practice, sharing through each the tools necessary to begin and continue this essential practice of concentration and inquiry." 8 people minimum PreRegistration REQUIRED DUE TO CLASS SIZE Tuesday February 16th 6:30-9:00 $25.00 ~I will be teaching 2 specific meditations taught to me by My teachers Mietek Wirkus and Kathleen Barratt.
